The Real First Class Experience

No Intimidation. Just Training.

A lot of people put off starting because they don't know what to expect. They picture a room full of advanced fighters who've been training for years, and they assume they'll be in over their head. That's not what happens here.

When You Arrive

Show up 10 minutes early. One of our instructors will greet you, walk you through the space, and answer any questions before class starts. You're not thrown into the deep end.

Warm-Up

Every class starts with a warm-up — movement drills, stretching, light cardio. Gets the body ready and gives you a feel for how the class flows.

Technique Block

The instructor demonstrates a technique — a strike, a defense, a combination. You drill it with a partner. The pace adjusts to what you can handle. There's no pressure to perform at a level you're not at yet.

Scenario Work

What makes Krav different: we apply techniques to real scenarios. Not just "throw a punch" — but what do you do when someone grabs you from behind? When there's more than one person? This is where the training becomes real.

Cool Down and Q&A

Every class ends with a cool-down and time for questions. If it's your first class, an instructor typically checks in with you afterward. No pressure to sign up. No hard sell. If you liked it, we'll talk about next steps on your terms.

We're located at 351B Ga Hwy 247 South, Bonaire, GA 31005 — serving Bonaire, Warner Robins, and Middle Georgia. Every new student gets a free 7-day trial.

Common Questions

FAQ

Do I need to be in shape to start?

No. You get fit through training, not before it. We've trained complete beginners of all fitness levels from day one.

What should I wear to my first class?

Comfortable workout clothes — athletic pants, t-shirt, and cross-training or athletic shoes. No equipment needed for your first class.

Will I get hurt?

Krav Maga training is contact-based but controlled. Beginners work at a pace that's challenging but safe. You leave tired, not injured.

How quickly will I learn something useful?

Faster than you'd think. Most students leave their first class with 2-3 techniques they can actually use. Krav Maga is designed to be practical from day one.
