Kathleen and Bonaire share the same highway. Excelsior Self Defense & Fitness is about four miles up Ga Hwy 247 from Kathleen, a licensed Krav Maga Worldwide® facility with classes for adults and kids.
For Kathleen families, the trip to Bonaire is a straight run north on Ga Hwy 247. That makes it realistic to train after work or bring the kids to class without planning your whole evening around it.
Our Krav Kids program teaches age-appropriate self-defense, bully prevention and stranger-danger awareness in a structured, coach-led class. Kids build real confidence, not aggression.
Adults learn the Krav Maga Worldwide curriculum from Level 1 up: striking, defending against grabs and chokes, ground survival, and awareness. Every class is taught for real life, not competition.
