Robins Air Force Base sits along Ga Hwy 247, and so do we. Excelsior Self Defense & Fitness is a licensed Krav Maga Worldwide® facility a few miles south of the base in Bonaire.
Airmen, civilian employees and military families live all around the base, in Bonaire, Centerville, Kathleen, Byron and Warner Robins itself. Our studio is on Ga Hwy 247, the same highway that runs along the base.
Krav Maga has military roots. It was developed for the Israel Defense Forces and has since been adapted for civilians, law enforcement and security professionals. It emphasizes simple techniques that hold up under stress.
Spouses and kids are welcome too. We teach adult Krav Maga, women's self-defense and a Krav Kids program, all built for complete beginners.
