Excelsior Self Defense & Fitness is a licensed Krav Maga Worldwide® facility in Bonaire, roughly six miles south of central Warner Robins on Ga Hwy 247. Real-world self-defense, taught to complete beginners, a short drive from home.
Bonaire sits just south of Warner Robins on Ga Hwy 247, the same highway that runs past Robins Air Force Base. For most of the city that means training fits around a workday without a long drive.
Krav Maga is a self-defense system, not a sport. There are no tournaments and no trophies. Classes focus on what actually happens in a confrontation: getting grabbed, getting pushed against a wall, dealing with more than one person, and getting home safely.
You do not need to be fit or have any experience. Our Level 1 class is built for people who have never trained a day in their lives.
